1. DELIVERY OPTIONS
You can either select shipping or pick up the bottle at the Auctioneer's location.
Choosing shipment will provide an email with Track & Trace details.
If you want to pick up the bottle, just arrange it with the Auctioneer.
2. ESTIMATE SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping prices start from €7.00 based on a regular bottle size of 700ml.
Find your country on the list of shipping prices to estimate the cost.
3. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS
If your country is not on our Listed countries, please contact us before bidding. We will find a solution.
Please be aware that your order may be subject to local restrictions, taxes and duties.
4. GUARANTEE AND INSURANCE
When using a shipping service, the liability rests typically with the buyer.
Shipping insurance (optional) covers loss or breakage during transit. It cost 1,5% of the winning bid (min. €10).
If your item is damaged when received, please contact us immediately; photo documentation must be provided.
5. RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
As a buyer in the European Union, you are guaranteed a 14 days right of withdrawal, starting at the date of delivery.
If you want to return an item, please contact us within 14 days after the package is delivered.
