This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy", “Data Policy”) describes how Jutlander Group ApS ("Jutlander Group", “JG”, "us", “we”) collects and processes information about you.

The Privacy Policy applies to personal information that you submit to us or which we collect via our Website (“Website”). JG is the data controller for your personal information. All inquiries to JG can be made via the contact information listed in the section: Contact Information.

When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the Website, such as what type of browser you use, which search terms you use, your IP address, including network location, and information about your computer/device.

  • The purpose is to optimize the user experience and Website function, as well as targeted marketing, including retargeting via Facebook and Google. The information processing enables us to improve the Website and focuses our efforts on showing you relevant content.
  • The legal basis for the treatment is the EU Data Protection Regulation Article 6 (1). 1, point f.

When you purchase a product or communicate with us on the Website, we collect the information you provide, eg. name, address, email address, phone number, payment method, products you have clicked, bought or returned eg., delivery requests, and information about the IP address from which activities are made.

  • The purpose is that we can deliver the products you have ordered and also fulfill our agreement with you, including to manage your rights to return and advertise. Information about your purchases can also be processed to comply with legal requirements, including accounting. Upon purchase, the IP address is collected for the purpose and to take care of our interest in preventing fraud.
  • The legal basis for the treatment is the EU Data Protection Regulation Article 6 (1). 1, b, c, and f.

When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect information about your name, e-mail address and, if applicable, mobile number.

  • The purpose is to enable the delivery of newsletters to you.
  • The legal basis for the treatment is the EU Data Protection Regulation Article 6 (1). 1, point f.

When you register as a user, you will be prompted to provide, for example, your name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, preferences, and interests, etc. In addition to your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number, you choose which information you will give us. We collect information during your membership regarding your interest in different content, use of member benefits, competitions you participate in, etc. We combine this information with other information we have about you, including information about what you have purchased, returned, showed interest in, etc.

  • The purpose is to manage your membership/account and provide you with the benefits and offer you the benefits associated with membership through the user profile, and to take care of our interest in sending newsletters and targeted marketing/content.
  • The legal basis for the treatment is the EU Data Protection Regulation Article 6 (1). 1, b and f. You will be asked at the time of registration to give separate consent to electronic marketing.

Recipients of Personal Information

Information about your name, address, e-mail, phone number and order number, item description and specific delivery requests will be communicated to Parcel4You, B2C Europe, Homerunner (formerly known as CoolRunner) or a carrier plus other third parties such as a payment gateway, bank, and accounting service for transactional/accounting related issues eg. who are all involved in the process that enables the order to be completed.

For the purchase of non-stocked goods, the said information may be disclosed to the manufacturer or the seller of the product concerned, which in such case will take delivery.

Information may be left to external partners who process the information on our behalf. We use external partners to include sales and auctions, technical operations and website improvements, newsletters, targeted marketing, including retargeting, as well as your review of our company and products.

For example, information about your name and your e-mail can be forwarded to TrustPilot so that we can send an invitation to review us on TrustPilot’s website. If you choose to make a notification, TrustPilot becomes the data controller for the information provided. These companies are computer operators and under our instructions process data for which we are data controllers. Data Processors may not use the information for any purpose other than the fulfillment of the agreement with us and are confidential about these. We have entered into written data processing agreements with all data processing companies handling personal information on our behalf.

Two of these data providers are Google Analytics v / Google LLC. and Facebook Inc. which is established in the United States. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the United States are secured through the data processor’s certification under the EU-US. Privacy Shield, cf. When you visit our Website, information about you is collected. This information is used to customize and improve our content as well as to increase the value of the advertisements displayed on the Website. If you do not wish us to collect information, you should delete your cookies and avoid further use of the Website. Below we have elaborated on what information is collected, their purposes and which third parties have access to them.

About cookies

The Website uses "cookies", which is a text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or mobile device eg. to recognize and remember settings, performing statistics, and targeting advertisements. Cookies cannot contain malicious code such as viruses.

The information is kept for the time allowed by law and we delete them when they are no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. Therefore, it is not possible to specify a general timeframe when information is deleted.

Data about your use of the Website, which advertisements you receive and click on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. are disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties are in the “Cookies” section above. The information is used to target advertising and improve the Website.

We use some third parties to store and process data, including your data. They do only handle information on our behalf and may not be used for their purposes unless clearly stated.

Disclosure of personal information such as name and email, etc. will only happen if you consent to it. We only use data storage-/-processor services in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

Your rights

To provide transparency regarding the processing of your information, we as a data controller must inform you about your rights.

Access to insight

You are entitled at any time to request us about what information we have registered about you, the purpose of the registration, which categories of personal information and recipients of information there may be as well as information from which the information originates.
You are entitled to receive a copy of the personal information that we are processing about you. If you want a copy of your personal information, please send a written request here. You may be requested to show a form of identification to confirm your identity.

Right to rectification

You are entitled to have incorrect personal information about yourself corrected by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.
Information that we have collected in connection with your created user profile/account will allow you to correct information through your login details.

The right to delete

In some cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal information deleted by us, for example, if you revoke your consent and we do not have another legal basis to continue the treatment. To the extent that continued processing of your information is necessary, for example, to comply with our legal obligations or for legal requirements to be established, enforced or defended, we are not required to delete your personal information.

The right to restrict data to storage

You may, in certain cases, have the right to limit our usage of your personal information only to storage, for example, if you believe that the information we process about you is incorrect.

The right to data portability

You may, in certain cases, have the right to obtain personal information that you have provided us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this information to another data controller.

The right of objection

You are entitled at any time to object to our processing of your personal information for direct marketing including the profiling made to target our direct marketing.
You may at any time, for reasons relating to your situation, object to the processing of your personal information as we make on our legitimate interests, see the section on which personal information we collect.

You are entitled at any time to revoke a consent you have given us to a given processing of personal data, including the profile you have created through our service. If you wish to revoke your consent, please contact us at Support@WhiskyBazar.com.

The right to appeal

Danish users, at any time, have the right to file a complaint with “Datatilsynet, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen K”, about our processing of their personal information. Deleting personal data

Information collected about your use of the Website cf. section about which data we collect when you visit the website will be deleted at the latest when you have not used the Website for 1 year.

Information gathered in connection with your sign up for our newsletter will be deleted when your consent for a newsletter is withdrawn unless we have another basis for processing the information.

Information collected in connection with purchases you have made on the Website cf. the section about which data we collect when you purchase a product or communicate with us will generally be deleted in three years after the end of the calendar year in which you made your purchase.

However, information may be stored for a longer period if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, for example, if necessary for legal requirements to be established, enforced or defended, or if storage is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements. Accounting materials are kept for five years to the end of a financial year to comply with the requirements of the Accounting Act.

Information we have collected in connection with your registration to and during of your membership, including the creation of a user profile, cf. the section about which data we collect when you sign up as a user, we will automatically delete: a) If you have not logged in to your user profile for three years, b) if you disable (suspend) your membership/user profile and do not re-enable it within the next three years, or c) if you terminate your account/membership.

Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational safeguards against the personal or illegal destruction, loss, change or deterioration of personal data and against the misuse of such information.

Only employees who have a real need to access your personal information to perform their work will have access.

Changes in the Privacy Policy
